How to throw a chicks rule Easter party

A chicks rule Easter party is an awesome way to (a) welcome spring, (b) celebrate Easter, (c) party with our girlfriends, or (d) all of the above. (HINT: There is no wrong answer.) Start with some sunny, yellow decorations; add some real and DIY daisies; and invite the ladies over for a lazy afternoon of catching up and being there for each other.

How to make peace sign place cards

What you’ll need:

Start by downloading the free PDF and printing it on bright card stock. There are two per page.

Cut out each rectangle.

To make the peace sign pop out, use a craft knife to cut along the outer edge of the hand—but don’t cut below the dotted line!

Once the top is cut, fold the card along the dotted line. For a neater fold, you can lightly score the dotted line on either side of the hand.

Write your guests’ names on the lines.

The peace sign place cards are more fun when they’re all different colors.

  • Cake and mimosas are really the only things you need on your menu.
  • We’ve got more ideas, too.
  • More than that, even.

  • The confetti-filled cascarones aren’t just for decorations: Crack them over—or, more traditionally, on—your friends’ heads. We added encouraging messages to ours along with the confetti.
